From Molds to Manufacturing Systems as well as Process and Products I will drive the adoption of Additive Manufacturing to accelerate innovation across the company!Additive Manufacturing Strategic Technology Platform (3.5 years)- One of four original people on team to help look across the company and assess how Additive is being utilized, what equipment we have and where we need to invest.- Guide/Direct how the company can take advantage of Additive for production of products in the future.- Provoke use of Additive to help re-engineer our current production lines to increase rate and efficiency.- Lead operations and applications of Metal AM within our Sectors by providing technical guidance of DFAM (Design for Additive Manufacturing).- Completion of "Advanced Training on Metal Part Production" at UL’s Additive Manufacturing Competency Center (AMCC) in Louisville, Kentucky.NA Additive Manufacturing Lab Manager - (10 years)- I managed the largest North America AM lab for the company with competencies in SLA , SLS, FDM and DMLS.- We build parts every night for an internal global client base. 4,000 + parts a year!Technical Design & Prototyping (15 years)- In the Technical Design Group I enabled first of a kind products brought to life by integrating input from Product Research (unmet needs of consumer)and balancing the aesthetics (input from Industrial Design) with technical design knowledge (in depth understanding of Injection/Blow Molding, Thermo-forming and Electro-Mechanical needs).- Designs are brought to life via SolidWorks (since 1998) with iterative learnings integrated from other analysis (FEA, CFD and MoldFlow software) - Strong problem solving skills and listed as inventor/co-inventor on 30 utility/design patents for P&G.
