I enjoy working with a strong "full stack" organization of about 65 great people covering all steps from product introduction to shipping to customers incl. own software and shop development and all shades of print and online marketing. The most fun I find in (1) working on the organization structure and culture to enable every colleague to perform at best and with joy and (2) trying new ways to market our products ideally in win-win ways, like we do with alfatiere.de, our "affiliate program" for German sport and cultural clubs. We enable club to become brand embassadors with a direct revenue share for every single purchase. It's a win (customers get great products), win (clubs get financial support), win (we can serve more customers) - love it!

Out of an own need as project manager in machinery development I co-founded a tech startup to build a project management and purchasing plattform for machinery development focused on integrated collaboration with multiple machinery and service vendors.
