Organized weekly new hire orientation classes for Carrier hourly positions. Scheduled drug tests, updated background check results, and requested educational & I-9 documentation from over 300 pipeline candidates. Transitioned to 2k & scheduled interviews by coordinating the schedules of the hiring managers, panelists, and candidates. Utilized Greenhouse to move candidates through the hiring process. Sent NDAs to candidates through Docusign and ensured that all parties signed the NDA.

Temporary Position. Acted as a recruiter and utilized ADP Workforce now and Indeed to attract mental health professionals. Improved organizational filing systems for confidential employee records. Participated in prescreening hiring, background checks, and leading new employee orientation.
