• Conduct Work Health and Safety investigations and conduct interviews in relation to workplace injuries. Liaise with Rehab Coordinator with findings. • Investigate injuries caused by machinery. Identify issues and liaise with engineering team with outcomes and recommendations of preventative measures such as guarding or electrical sensors. • Identify training issues and address corrective actions required of individual departments.• Monitor and update corrective actions register, risk assessment register, material safety data sheet register, safe work method statement register and contractor register. • Conduct workplace inductions. • Assessments of SWMS, JSA, work at heights permits and contractor licenses.
