Earned challenging opportunity to manage costs and project schedules for 3 managers leading large scale satellite image processing software projects with continuous add-on projects. Charged with directing efforts related to cost account management, program management, budget tracking/scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.▪ Responsible for reporting on charging against each of the 25 Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) at weekly Program Status Meetings. Report broken down by ECP and WBS within each ECP.▪ Automated processes to reduce manual effort from 4hrs down to 3 minutes by creating macros to connect to multiple Excel files and manipulate the data prior to creating a PowerPoint slide package. Automation also reduced file size by 85% and eliminated the need to retain multiple copies of the file.▪ Introduced new metrics and charts to highlight weekly variances in charging for each WBS as well as highlight unexpected variances and deviations in charging for each WBS.
