Key Accomplishments:• Established AIMR compliant composites as newly appointed head of the Performance Reporting and Analysis team. • Appointed leader of the Investment Committee, collaborating with CIO to overhaul Investment Committee, standardizing compliance with proprietary stock screening tools.• Rolled-out proprietary portfolio trading and accounting system; sourced and selected system upgrades, including Longview, GWP, and Eagle. • Facilitated audit readiness and compliance with SSAE-16 in collaboration with the Quantitative team, resulting in 15 consecutive years of successful audits with zero findings. • Created UCITs versions of domestic products and implemented risk policies and metrics required by Irish regulators.
