I am a highly motivated leader in the auto repair business. I started as a simple tire/lube technician and within a year I became an assistant manager. Through hard work, determination, and goal oriented leadership I became a store manager after 4 months. I spent 6 years as a store manager of a shop that was on the brink of closing its doors when I took the position. Within the first year I built a hardworking team that was dedicated to growing the business and together we grew that shop to almost a one million dollar store. After 6 years I wanted to advance and became the District Manager. Leadership is influence. Nothing more nothing less. I am relentless at achieving my goals and love passing on that knowledge to those I work with.
