Current Manage creative team for Motor Department, Cosmos Lighting Department, Ceraflon Department, Ceraflon Department (Cookingware), Water Purifier, Orion Department and Cosmos Digital Media. Coordination with Product Manager, National Sales Manager, Marketing Manager, or other department’s Manager before doing some project for better result. Negotiate if needs. Prepare creative concept and assign task to team member. Evaluate their performance and give refferences if they need it. Manage the design schedule and controlling design quality. Create a design work system, workflow, project’s form and contact report. Designing social media concept and system. Sort out and redesign the existing Cosmos websites (www.starcosmosgroup.com, www.lampucosmos.com, www.orion.com and www.belanjacosmos.com) Create and design new system and management for www.belanjacosmos.com Become Auditor for ISO 9001: 2008 (certified) Become Auditor for 5R program
