CurrentUses innovative thinking to handle multiple emergencies and time constraining issues simultaneously. Assists in streamlining processes and procedures based on experience and the technology that is available to the control room. Serves as first point of contact for emergencies related to national crises that impact the company and facilities, security at facilities and residences, international travelers and expats. Liaison for law enforcement agencies related to fraud activities. Analyzes data and information to determine appropriate response.MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES•Perform day-to-day operations defined by THD for a 24/7-security control room, such as monitoring all corporate, residential and other facilities.•Supports corporate security and assists executive and investigative teams in analysis of data, logistics support, report preparation and vehicle tracking. •Coordinate activities such as Emergency Response / 911 Calls, Executive Evacuation, Staff Evacuation, Alarm Response; Implement Contingency Plans when required, Event Monitoring.•Serve as first point of contact on emergencies, dispatching and coordinating appropriate internal and external teams. •Actively monitor advanced and technical security systems on a nation-wide scale; monitor national events, weather, news and traffic and communicate to appropriate and affected parties. •Take and respond to executive calls accordingly •Evaluate situations using independent thought to establish a level of urgency and a prioritization of all issues and situations •Write accurate and concise reports and notifications of events and situations, using all tools available to analyze situations and reach conclusions. •Primary responsibility to oversee one major control room function, such as Store Emergency Programs, incorporating program updates, best practices and benchmarking and ensuring comprehensive communication to all impacted parties.
