• Monthly, Weekly, Daily and Transit checks on 747-400 and 777-200 on the ramp.
• Inspection, fault rectification and repair of the entire aircraft from cabins to engines to cargo bays, certifying my work in accordance with maintenance manuals in the aircraft technical logs.
• Departure engineer in conjunction with the flight crew, signing the certificate for the release to service of the aircraft.

• Basic inspections, maintenance and repair of aircraft exteriors and associated systems, on entire long haul fleet (747-400, 777-200/-300, 787-8, A380).
• Inspection, fault rectification and repair of aircraft cabins and other interiors.
• Component changes on engines and structures such as landing gear and flying controls.
• Conducting all tasks in accordance with relevant maintenance manuals and health and safety procedures, and demonstrating excellent airmanship at all times.

• Bead breaking, splitting and cleaning unserviceable wheels.
• Assembling both overhauled and tyre change wheels with correct greases and parts in accordance with the Component Maintenance Manual.
• Inflating and dip testing new wheels, and inspecting bearings and seals for corrosion or damage.
