Responsible for expanding the Wholesale voice and SMS interconnections with all international carriers;Build Strategic partnership with international PTT&Tier 1 operators;Arrangement of all commercial, legal and technical aspects of the interconnection process with the new Partners;Business development and new projects management;Responsible for the new markets developing (EMEA and LatAm regions).
