I help provide a secure working environment for all YBS colleagues and associated groups. I am responsible for the effective management of day to day operational physical security for all the YBS Group Head office sites. My main focus has been the implementation of a Group wide security strategy, working with Senior Managers in closely related areas such as Risk / Fraud / Business Continuity and Information Security to minimise risk and exposure.I provide subject matter expert advice to the Group in relation to operational security for all office projects and implement policies and procedures to ensure the Group and its employees meet those requirements.

I worked for the Security and Emergency planning team in Yorkshire Water. My role involved all aspects of security, emergency planning, business continuity and Incident management work for YWI was involved in security projects raising all capital works for our department in line with company strategy, I utilised term contractors, Ensuring operating costs and capital scheme expenditure targets are within budget, Assisted in the development and promote security policies, procedures and specifications within YWS. Working as part of the team to deliver excellent performance by understanding how their individual performance links into achieving the team’s wider objectivesI completed site survey with contractors and liase with capital partners ata ll levels . I helped to to manage the security capital programme for all Yorkshire water. I have excellent knowledge of physical security products and from LPCB rated Security doors and windows bars, padlocks to Security fencing. I have a sound knowledge electronic security including PIR's CCTV and access controls
