Responsible for L8 management over three sites, health and safety of engineers and contractors, risk and method statement production, SSOW, statutory compliance regarding site plant and equipment.

Production of quotations for reactive and PPM M&E repairs, costing of maintenance contracts and renewals for existing clients and new clients, within the private accommodation letting sector in central London, of which included multi residency tower blocks and apartments.
