In 2019, I saw a problem in the property market. Buyers were hesitant to purchase off-the-plan properties. Traditional 2D floorplans and photo renders left too much to the imagination. This uncertainty made the process stressful and often left buyers unhappy with the final results. I knew there had to be a better way. So, I founded Enviz. The idea was simple but bold. Use virtual and augmented reality (VR & AR) to let buyers walk through properties in real scale, from anywhere. No more guesswork. Just clear, immersive experiences that build confidence and drive decisions. The impact has been game-changing. ➡️ Partnered with 41 design firms. ➡️ Visualized over 800 spaces. ➡️ Enabled sales agents to sell remotely or face-to-face. ➡️ Helped developers and builders reduce buyer hesitation. ➡️ Increased conversions and expanded market reach, especially with interstate and international buyers. But my journey didn’t start with Enviz. As the existing Managing Director at Enfrex Metalworks, I’ve led the company to become a leader in substation fit-outs across NSW. ➡️ Completed over 500 projects. ➡️ Expanded company presence and capabilities. ➡️ Set new standards in construction and project management. I also developed a 3-level industrial complex with 17 units and 4,000 sqm of warehousing. This taught me the value of precision and innovation in construction. Today, I’m focused on pushing the boundaries of property visualization. My goal is simple: help developers and builders sell smarter, faster, and with more impact using cutting-edge technology.
