As Senior Manager in the RCF Project, tasked with uplifting the application of the RCF (Risk and Control Framework). This involved designing training, facilitating workshops, and leading risk profile assessments across the entire Bank, and two countries (AU and NZ). This saw a significant reduction in duplication of risks and controls, improved identification and assessment and most importantly an uplift in maturity across the organisation.
