Through executive coaching, high performance team building workshops, and keynote speaking engagements, Empathy Impact helps establish the benefits of increased empathy and connection in high growth businesses. We also offer collaborative processes to integrate the practices of mindfulness, emotional intelligence, and enhanced communication in leaders and teams.

An alternative currency initiative designed to increase local economic resiliency, promote awareness of current monetary policy, and engage citizens in a participative experiment is independent currency creation. Duties included creating a system of currency generation, distribution, and engagement. Outreach, promotion and marketing of the currency. Management of systems, staff, and volunteers. Tracking and reporting on circulation and effectiveness. Fundraising and investor relations.

Served as an independent mediator and contract mediator for landlord/tenant disputes, local police/youth offenders, individuals, and businesses.

Responsible for creating a collaborative alternative tourism project. Establishing collaborations between service providers, schools, and hotels. Concept design, proposal, team building, fundraising, and strategy development.
