● System engineer for C-RAM C2 integration across other U.S. Army platforms.● Performed Risk Reduction and Data Analysis.

● Field Support Representative for Counter-Rocket Artillery Mortars C2/Forward Area Air Defense C2 (C-RAM C2/FAAD C2I), Air Missile Defense Planning Control System (AMDPICS) Video System (AVS), and Air Missile Defense Work Station (AMDWS) systems at US and NATO bases in Afghanistan. Responsible for the installation of new system software and patches, configuration and setup of software, IAVA updates, troubleshooting and repair or problems, collecting video and data for forensic review, and providing hardware support.● Developed training material documents for C-RAM C2/ FAAD C2I software versions 5.5A-11.4r3 through 5.5C-2.3 and 5.6A● Led instruction of 9 week courses for soldiers and civilians n C-RAM C2/FAAD C2I operations, Sensor Link, and Warn 3.0 operation and system administration, ● Demonstrated troubleshooting skills as C-RAM C2/FAAD C2I and RAM Warn Subject Matter Expert while deployed to Afghanistan in support of the C-RAM system.
