Responsible for training high school athletes in the weight room. Responsible for improving athletes' performance both inside and outside of the weight room. Works closely with other coaches to ensure all needs are met. Exercises leadership and acts as the "head coach" of the weight room. Develops and implements workouts to improve athletes' movement and prevent injuries. Maintains records of athletes' progress and performances. Collaborates and develops critical metrics that define success and achievement, and reports these metrics to leadership/coaches. Motivates athletes to push themselves to ensure maximum effort. Maintains proper order and cleanliness in the weight room. Adheres to HIPAA regulations and ensures privacy and confidentiality are maintained at all times. Orders new equipment/supplies when necessary. Works in partnership with the athletic coaches to ensure workouts meet and exceed their expectations. Ensures athletes are game-ready by maximizing weight room workouts while maintaining safety and preventing injuries.

Designs, creates and facilitates individualized resistance training and cardio workouts for a variety of members. Workouts are tailored to encourage and empower members and athletes to meet their fitness goals. Provides encouragement in order for clients to maximize their potential. Demonstrates correct technique in order to prevent injuries. Welcomes new members and executes equipment orientation.

Responsible for assisting members with questions related to fitness, equipment usage, and orientation. Duties include laundry, cleaning, and equipment maintenance ensuring a safe and productive workout environment. Meets with new members to understand current fitness levels and ultimate fitness goals. Responsible for facilities safety and customer service.
