Currently work and lead a variety of Corporate IT Strategy initiatives.

Currently lead the Employee Experience Collaboration IT area where I help lead the implementation and adoption efforts of various Collaboration IT tools such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Microsoft Whiteboard, Ondrive, Sharepoint and other E3/E5/F3 based solutions. I lead the efforts to bridge the gap between employees and new collaboration tools to help employees utilize the tools capabilities while protecting the company’s investment in the product. I give updates to all user levels from manufacturing line employees, mid-leadership and to the C-level executives. I work with many various stakeholders across Cummins globally to help drive collaborative solutions based on their requirements.

Project Achievements:Global IT Billing AOP, Centralized Global Consolidation of Quality Check Tools, Windows 8 to 10 Global Software Certification/Purchasing (130 Applications for 3,000 users), Global Launch of Windchill 11.0, Zeiss 3D Scanning Integration at Global Manufacturing SitesProject Descriptions: Helped launch the Windchill 11.0 upgrade for the global Engineering division. Managed as the point contact and lead for all Quality IT systems globally. Helped create and manage the roadmap, implementations and upgrades of various Quality IT systems including SLP (Safe Launch), 3D Scanning (Zeiss), Meteorology systems such as Autodesk PowerInspect. Also worked to help create a global deviation tool that is managed through Sharepoint, PowerApps and Microsoft Flows for an automated MFG process for incoming deviations. Also managed and owned all global IT Hardware and Software purchasing for a 3,000 user division. Worked with other IT leaders to help strategize and manage IT purchases for 70,000 users globally in different focuses such as software licenses, contract renewals and IT hardware units.
