Directed 690 people addressing public works, engineering design, construction management, service contract management, utilities, infrastructure, airfield operations and support, fire emergency services, 911, bomb squad, housing management, environmental compliance and remediation, HR, financial management, and disaster preparedness. • Negotiated top leadership approval for $55M in emergency boiler rehabilitation, $2M for housing renovation, and $2.8M for re-grooving entire runway surface.• Saved $11M in legacy facility costs and $8M+ in utility costs through strategic facility rebuilding, while reducing facility footprint by 610K sq ft.
