I worked in the system either on the computer or on the work designated phone to look up customer orders. I then collected the items and staged them in the most appropriate locations. If there is a delivery then I stage the items in a particular way for whatever delivery method is going to be used. Being around the store I also helped customers to find whatever it is that they need or find another associate to help with answers that I am unsure with.

Working at the warehouse I ensure inventory quality and accuracy. I have to be extremely accurate at my job to keep the facility flowing smoothly. I am also a learning ambassador, which means I am responsible for training new associates. I was selected to go to Fresno for three weeks in order to train the new associates coming into a brand new warehouse. I also work as a Problem Solver directly fixing problems in the inventory to ensure that what customers see customers get, including but not limited to, damaging out items, removing or adding inventory, or breaking apart master packs.

I worked directly with customers to provide excellent service and help them with whatever was needed. I worked the cash register, quickly and accurately counting money and interacting with customers. I kept the steam table clean and stocked, along with the front lobby and bathrooms.
