. I ordered consumable and disposable surgical supplies and determined par levels based on usage and availability. I monitored the back-order status of regularly used disposable surgical supplies and performed regular manual inventories of supplies. I began working on the second shift while attending community college During this time, I transported critical patients to and from surgery, the emergency room, intensive care and the nursing units, assisted anesthesiologists during patient induction and emergence, preparing E.C G. monitors and oxygen equipment for transport with the patient , and assisted the circulating nurse with pre-operative preps.
