He holds an MA in War in the Modern World from Kings College London and a certificate in Disruptive Strategy from Harvard Business School Online.As the head of the Strategy Alignment Department, he leads a cross-functional team of 30 experts and specialists who provide strategy development, review, and implementation, as well as institutional learning and impact measurement. He also oversees program quality and supervises technical experts who offer work with program teams around the world. He is passionate about transforming conflict through creative and collaborative solutions that empower people and communities. He is the author of The Dancing Country and Other Stories and a co-developer of an online course on peacebuilding programming.
