Gardener of Organic Exotic Peppers

i made guacamole everyday, at Geronimo, with as many as 20 jalepenos. Omg, it was so, so, good; it was made fresh everyday. It became my epicenter for my diet and health (Vegetarian diet). Geronimo Restaurant, in Yale New Haven, was the bomb; i could see myself getting sloppy drunk and just lovin' their south-western menu with close friends. The Sierra Nevada Black Beans, with stuffed pablamos, fresh cooked vegies for the burritos, and killer quesadillas are just their apps. A brief mention: The management and owners funded a hydroponic pepper garden (with exotic peppers from around the world), in a warehouse with at least 1000 plants. They would like to expand the hydro urban garden, in New Haven, that they build with me, with City Seed.
