I started working at K.S.S. on third shift as an assembly operator as a temporary employee via Rita Staffing on November 21st 2012. I trained in other positions such as Backup Cell Lead and Machining Operator. In 2014 i was hired by Key Safety Systems as a permanent employee. Responsibilities: Operate production line processes and visually inspect product at each step in process. Use micrometer to record precise measurement of parts produced on production line at predetermined intervals (I.E. every half an hour). Supply production lines with raw materials, this involves heavy lifting and use of pallet jacks. Troubleshoot out of specification parts or faulty equipment, and replace tooling equipment as necessary. Record tracking information for raw materials and finished product.
