As the Head of Research, AR Glasses at Meta, I lead a diverse and collaborative team of researchers who work to deliver strategic and human-centered insights that shape the future of immersive and interactive experiences. With a Ph.D in Psychology and 25+ years of experience in research, strategy, marketing, brand development, and product innovation, I have a unique combination of skills and knowledge that enable me to identify opportunities, surface people’s latent needs, and measure the impact of products we launch.Prior to joining Meta, I was the Vice President and Head of Global Consumer Insights and Foresights at Mattel, Inc., where I spearheaded a research, strategy, invention, and new ventures unit that explored the trends, technologies, and behaviors that will define the next generation of play. I was also a nationally recognized expert on play, research, media, entertainment, leisure time, and lifestyle trends, and a keynote speaker at various conferences and symposia. My mission is to create meaningful and engaging experiences that enrich people’s lives and foster positive social change.
