I am a passionate product designer and problem solver, using innovative and human centered problem solving techniques to help solve product or manufacturing needs/requirements to ensure that the customers needs are always remain the focus throughout the design and development process.I have worked in the leisure automotive field for 14 years in both South Africa and New Zealand (present). I lead a team of talented product designers ranging from Industrial design through to engineering and physical manufacturing processing.I am a very hands on person with lots of hands on manufacturing experience and I strongly believe that the being end user focused design does not only mean creating an unforgettable experience for the final end user, but being user focused means that it should delight all involved i.e. whether it is making the manufacturing teams lives easier by listening and involving them through the product design process to ensuring that the sales and marketing team are involved and onboard with where we are going.I am a avid athlete and love being outdoors with my family.
