SATUA Tribal Authority Waste Water Treatment Plant:I successfully managed the new construction of a 5000 SF administration building. The new administration building included a new water lab, offices, library, and receptionist area. This project was 1.4M. Intel SPGC:I currently manage 10 - 30 projects at any given time, with a large variety of scope. My role at DataSight will be to implement an industry leader in geospatial mapping services to the Arizona market. I will be working with several design firms in the Phoenix area to continue to grow and develop our relationship with each customer. As a the Market Leader for Arizona, I will also be looking to expand the horizons for DataSight into new avenues of the continuously evolving construction technology arena.I successfully negotiated several large contracts for DataSight with large companies such as Intel, Southland Industries, SRP, GRIC, APS and CAP. My first year brought in over 750k in revenue for a new start-up company.

My responsibilities include setting up piping spec for modeling and design programs, coordinating with other trades for 3D layout, and managing timelines to ensure certain milestones were obtained during the life of projects.

Maintain and design process piping standards for above ground facilities as per ASME B31.6.Designed and engineered structural platform(s) for a turbine intake cooling tower upgrade.Responsible for writing plant 3D spec libraries for various clients, including plastics, stainless steel and carbon steel. Perform on the fly structural calculations for misc projects under the supervision of a Conoco Phillips staff Civil Engineer.Track and keep record of project progress and expenses.

Independently designed the 3D model and created construction documents for a salt-water disposal facility, which required proficiency with Autodesk products.Independently performed field surveys of existing well sites for future project designs.Generated P&IDs, perform field walk-downs and create as-built documents; which are archived according to Conoco Phillip’s policies and procedures, for future use.Assisted the staff Structural Engineer with various projects, which help create a safer working environment in daily field activities.Engaged in several volunteer projects which demonstrated Conoco Phillip’s ongoing involvement with the local community.

Ensure utility systems for Intel tools are installed to previously modeled BIM designs. Designed and implemented clearer construction drawings for field use that provided more effective and quicker project completions. This requires someone who is proficient in AutoCAD.Effectively communicate with other contractors to mitigate and quickly resolve everyday challenges with modeled designs.
