Current• Preparation of budgets and proposals for a variety of projects related to designated substances and hazardous materials for a variety of commercial, industrial and government clients.• Preparation of hazardous materials and designated substances abatement specifications for renovation and demolition projects.• Preparation of asbestos management programs for a variety of clients in industrial and commercial settings.• Preparation of field packages for technicians prior to entering the field. • Performed project coordination responsibilities related to a variety of hazardous materials and mould projects including scheduling resources, coordinating with clients and providing office support to technicians in the field. • Conducted quality reviews of asbestos assessment, asbestos reassessment and designated substances and hazardous materials reports prepared by field staff.• Conducted document reviews of existing hazardous materials and designated substances report documentation to identify potential gaps and correspondence of results to the client. • Perform asbestos surveys, reassessments, and designated substances and hazardous materials assessments for clients in industrial and commercial settings and preparation of assessment reports.• Perform mould, water damage and fire damage assessments and conducted abatement inspections for insurance clients related to home and business owner claims and preparation of reports of the findings.• Perform inspections related to the abatement of hazardous materials and designated substances of in industrial and commercial settings including conducting milestone inspections prior to, during and following abatement activities, collection of air samples and preperation of post abatement reports.• Providing guidance and mentorship for junior staff and new hires.
