I am a researcher with an extensive experience of work in physical laboratories, where the deep knowledge meets the explorer's flight of fantasy and they both create the Future.I have a 7-years’ experience in power engineering, where I started to work in 2010 as a commissioning engineer of fuel gas systems at combined-cycle thermal power plants and grew up to the position of the General Contractor’s representative. As a warranty representative I collected and analyzed data on malfunctions and accidents on all equipment of the power plant.In 2016 I finished my PhD on Microchannel Flow Boiling which I did in Moscow Power Engineering Institute and came to Israel to start my post-doctorate work in Technion in the Excitonics lab. of the Mechanical Engineering Faculty. My main project is the Development of a Novel Combined-type Solar Power Generation Unit, which includes both thermal power generation cycle (Concentrated solar power) and photovoltaics solar power generation. This novel technology is aimed to replace conventional thermal power plants, because it allows to utilize solar radiation and generate electricity 24/7 using thermal energy storage and efficient thermal engine.Part of my contribution to this research is the development of MATLAB-code to simulate light propagation in complex three-dimensional structures. This simulation includes also simulation of luminescent properties of materials.Besides this project, I actively participate in other experimental and theoretical research work of the laboratory where we investigate optical properties of materials in a wide range of parameters. In 2021 I was invited to Micro- and Nano-Fluidics Laboratory in Technion to join the research of smart materials by applying my Python and LabView programming skills to develop microrobots movement control system and take a part in automation of microfluidics devices. I was always passionate about machine learning and artificial intellect and in this regard in 2020 I attended several courses to improve my Python and to expand my knowledge on classical ML and deep learning.
