• Campaign management of digital campaigns from creation and set-up to final reporting• Work with internal clients to ensure comprehensive understanding of business and targeting requirements of campaigns to support VIA Rail's customer segmentation, lifecycle management and contact management strategies • Implement and deploy triggered and transactional campaigns with audience segmentation, and integrate inbound marketing actions while highlighting any automation or process improvements• Provide on-going evaluation for the effectiveness of the campaign production process including campaign software and recommendations for improvements
