Mike is also Vice President and General Counsel for Shikari Group Ltd. a leading innovator, designer, manufacturer, and marketer of firearms, ammunition, and related products for the hunting, shooting sports, law enforcement, and military markets. Mr. Siddons provides legal advice and assistance to the enterprise, with emphasis on IP management and transaction related activities. He manages intellectual property assets of the organization including development of patent landscape for company’s product line. Maintain primary oversight of company’s corporate governance and compliance, contracts, product development, distribution and antitrust laws and FCPA and ITAR compliance. Advise company leadership on real estate, M&A, company policy generation and implementation, litigation support, dispute resolution, and other business and legal activities.
