I have worked in the healthcare industry for 11 years now. I have started from the bottom doing laundry at nights in a SNF and have worked my way up to managing housekeeping and maintenance departments in several SNFs. I am always eager to learn new things and enjoy working with people. I like to think of myself as a straight forward individual and try to keep my work dealing that way. I have found that to be the most appreciated. I have been through several medical surveys as well as yearly Fire and Life Safety surveys which I performed well in every year. I am most proud of my ability to retain employees. In each location that I managed I was able to find, hire, train, and keep employees. Some of which went on to become managers themselves. I am a strong believer of helping others help themselves.
