Responsible for all land entitlement and construction for the Lookout Group. Current active projects include the 3,000+ acre Crystal Falls Master Planned Community in Austin, TX, 1,240 acre Esperanza Master Planned Community in Boerne, TX and 600 acre Clearwater Ranch in Liberty Hill, TX.

-Conduct due diligence on potential residential communities including the production of budgets and schedules. -Schedule, monitor, and supervise all aspects of design, approvals, and construction of commercial and mixed-use projects.-Interview, bid, select, negotiate with, and manage outside consultants, including planners, land use attorneys, landscape architects, civil engineers, architects, and general contractors. -Manage the contracts of all retained consultants and contractors and review and approve all pay requests in connection with the design, permitting, and construction. -Ultimately responsible for seeing that projects were turned over on time and on budget.
