Supervises operation and maintenance of RAID, FPS(MRTI), RDISS (CCTV), and Cerberus surveillance sensor and SGS (Sensor Ground Station) linked by fiber-optic or radio (RF) shot while being skilled in trouble shooting, repair and maintenance of ISR electronic components.

Oversaw warehouse storage and inventory, schedules for all repairs, collect and evaluate repair data and trends to provide product improvement input. Performed repairs on DVE thermal sensors, displays and pan and tilt modules. Prepared in theater and international pallets for DHL, FedEx and U.S. Air force. Ensured superior customer experience by addressing customer concerns, demonstrating empathy and resolving problems on the spot, during deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan.Assisted Program Management in development of supply chain processes in theater with site leads of all Iraq and Afghanistan locations. Utilizing the DVE equipment on tactical and combat vehicles.Enhanced Situational Awareness (ESA thermal imaging system). Installed and demonstrated in Afghanistan, Camp Leatherneck, to the U.S. Marine Crops (1M+ contract, 2.6M and a 37M production contract). Served as the liaison between customers and management. Mast Mounted Sight (MMS) on OH-58D Helicopter. Provided technical support on and off aircraft. Depot level repairs to include; fault isolation and repair, component level replacement, electrostatic discharge (ESD) handling, circuit card testing repair replacement, following engineering drawings, repair and calibration of thermal imaging systems, Laser firing and adjustments. Shipped/received, inventoried, tracked and stocked MMS parts. Mentored and help train less experienced co-workers, and helped resolve difficult issues at other sites. Successfully help direct the logistics and moving of the MMS Forward Repair Activity (FRA) to a new location within theater according to Statement of Work (SOW) and minimizing down time. Completed redeployment of MMS FRA from Iraq to Ft. Campbell, KY (2012).
