My work is fueled by the connections I make, inside and outside of the workplace. I enjoy contributing to a team environment by teaching my co-workers new things. Additionally, I like analyzing complex problems and seeing if I can find uncommon, yet simple, solutions to them. Since joining Dish, I have had the pleasure on working on many challenging, yet engaging problems. I developed a new system/tracking tool to ensure lost materials were either returned or reimbursed to the company. Further, I also developed a tool to more efficiently process hundreds of monthly invoices for Repair and Maintenance on our sites. Additionally, I led an effort to track the Repair and Maintenance spend to reduce the 2024 budget and increase it's accuracy.I enjoy eagerly volunteering to broaden my ream of responsibilities and improve processes.
