Effectively sourced, recruited and selected and on boarded all management and non-exempt store personnelPromotes maximum team and individual performance through consistentCoaching and feedback. Drives in store performance management processes.Achieves all store financial, revenue and expense targetsModels and manages effective supervision to drive sales while maintainingExceptional customer service and store standardsPartnered with DM to create individual development plans that support performance needs and career growth for self and direct reports.

Human Resources – Recruiting, hiring, training & developing, performance management, payroll, and scheduling. Store Operations – Managing profit & loss, facility management, safety & security, loss prevention, and banking.Product management – Ordering, receiving, price change, and handling damaged product.

Held bottom-line responsibility for daily operations of all clothing departments generating over $17 million annually.Recruit, train, coach, and manage 35 team members, seven department managers and two specialists.Mentor department management team, holding them accountable for results and performance.Manage price accuracy team and it’s process to capture maximum profit margin from all merchandise departments both hardlines and softlines.
