- Independent production of insightful media reviews, using in-house and industry standard tools and databases, for a variety of high profile FMCG, Telecommunications, Retail and Financial advertisers. - Explain advertising quality and costs results through simple yet innovative presentations, compiled using Microsoft Office packages.- Continually accumulate and develop media knowledge and expertise, and be a focal point for any media agency issues.

- Dealing with complex customer queries concerning both industrial & commercial and domestic sites.- Problem solving via systems investigation and co-operation with team members, working within strict standards of service.- Liasing directly with customers and other departments in Transco to collate information

- Ability to work as part of a busy sales team aiming towards meeting monthly sales and deliveries figures.- Utilising computer skills, such as Spreadsheets and SAP, to help keep promotional spends up-to-date and process orders.- Development of communication skills via co-ordination with customers and sales managers concerned with orders.
