• Analyze members’ financial needs and recommend solutions using knowledge of products and services• Process secured and unsecured loan applications• Use mathematical concepts, such as debt-to-income and loan-to-value ratio, to evaluate loanapplications• Fulfill daily weekly duties such as balancing ATM and tracking branch loans• Present the benefits of TFCU to members and non-members to achieve checking accounts goals• Serve as a resource for Member Service Specialist to support their success• Create positive relationships with members that reflect TFCU values
