Head of DFTS Discrete Services Portfolio. • I have responsibility for the P&L and strategy for the £40M/annum portfolio of bespoke services and the development of profitable complex managed service solutions in the Defence & Government Sector, primarily focused on solutions for the more sensitive Defence & Government communities in both the UK and Deployed space. • Client Relationship Management - Significant experience of owning and developing customer relationships at all levels through sales and service, being a trusted member of their team with whom they share business aspirations and plans. • Communication - Proven track record in understanding customer business requirements, identifying opportunities and developing technical and service proposals to increase contract revenue, profitability and customer satisfaction including .• Commercial, Financial & Risk Assessment - Commercially focused with experience of manipulating Cost Builds and pricing tools to provide commercially viable market driven pricing solutions for major financial bids.• Bid Management - Experience in managing Tier 3 and 4 bids for UK and international services, from understanding customer requirements, designing and pricing both technical and service solutions, utilising competitor analysis through to gaining BT sign offs and bid production and presentation.• Team Building - Experience of building effective virtual teams, monitoring progress and results against set objectives, especially bid teams and solution development teams.• Negotiating - Significant experience in negotiating suitable outcomes with customers and internal and external colleagues.
