Head of Global Supply Chain strategy for the Renault / Nissan / Mitsubishi Alliance. Responsibilities included aligning global practices and Total Quality Management, maximising synergies in the Alliance and generation of the Global Alliance Mid Term Plan.

Leadership of the whole European supply chain team from a Production Control and Production Planning perspective. Responsible for all Production Control departments in Nissan's 3 European plants in the UK, Spain and Russia and also the Production Planning department in the headquarters in Paris. Key responsibilities included alignment of standards and operations in all plants, systems development and optimisation of Sales, vehicle inventory and parts inventory.

Leading a team of over 600 people covering all aspects of Production Control in the Nissan Sunderland Plant - Parts Control / Supplier Management, Design Change Control, Production Planning and Material Handling.

Leading a team of approximately 50 people to cover all aspects of Production Planning in Nissan Sunderland plant including all "In house" produced parts such as engines, plastics, stamping and the supplied parts into these shops.

Leading a team of approximately 50 people and 400 suppliers into the Nissan Sunderland Plant.Included leading the European and African response to the Thailand Floods in 2011.

Leading a team of 8 people and approximately 100 suppliers into the Nissan Sunderland plant focussing on electrical parts.Also spent around 2 years on business assignments to Nissan South Africa, leading a team to implement all of the European supply chain systems into this plant.In addition, led the European and African response to the March 2011 Japanese Earthquake ensuring parts were optimised to minimise downtime in the production plants.

Management of approximately 20 suppliers into the Nissan Sunderland plant. Included full end to end quality confirmation for new model projects, auditing as well as day to day expediting to support the Just In Time operation.

On assignment to France, helped set up a new office after Nissan Europe moved it's European headquarters from Amsterdam. Led the Production Planning team, specializing in collation of vehicle sales / ordering data and processing between Sales Companies and Global Production plants.

Specialised in finite vehicle production scheduling and project managed a "world first" production scheduling system with PA Consulting where 3 vehicles were simultaneously scheduled down 2 lines with 20 crossover points.
