St Martins in the Field: Consultant within the design team responsible for the redevelopment of the site, specifically the Crypt Restaurant, Kitchen and associated areas.University of Glasgow: catering consultant employed by the University to work with the Architects on the Iconic Hub Building. From concept stage through detail design and specification to purchasing and implementation. This gained a CEDA Grand Prix award.Silverstone Wing: employed by Silverstone as part of the design team, working closely with the Hospitality Company to provide a multi functional facility for events at the racing circuit. I received a personal award from CEDA for the work I had done to achieve the final goal.Royal College of General Practitioners: working as Consultant to develop the functionality of the catering areas to provide central catering with satellite areas and banquet facility over six storeys.
