The Hoosier Salon is a statewide nonprofit arts organization whose mission is to "create an appreciation of art by promoting Hoosier artists and their art." The Salon's exhibitions also provide viewers an opportunity to see and appreciate the talents of artists with ties to Indiana. The organization's vision is to foster an appreciation for visual art through activities that "educate, inspire, and enhance the lives of the citizens of our state while promoting the creativity, talent and technique of Indiana artists."- Developed lasting relationships with Indiana’s best artists and art collectors for Indiana's most significant art institution- Implemented new strategies using Bloomerang's donor-centric communications to enhance relationships with 500 Artists and thousands of art enthusiasts, donors and collectors- Created and executed marketing strategies for monthly exhibitions, artist events and workshops. - Trained employees and volunteers in a multitude of areas- Designed layouts of artist works for 2,000 sq/ft gallery- Hung shows in some of Indiana's most prestigeous art institutions- Utilized extensive regional art history knowledge to preserve the organizations heritage
