Senior Business Systems Analyst
Current1) Participate in four full life cycles SAP implementation.• Gather user requirements, analyze and define business process. • Responsible for the configuration on PP, SD, MM modules & the integration with FICO.• Develop functional specifications for forms, reports, data conversion.• Lead development team for programming development, data loading and basis support.• Prepare user manual, conduct UAT, integration test & user training.• Prepare cutover plan & provide go lives support.2) Participate in Business Process Improvement Projects• Responsible for analyzing business requirements, reviewing existing business processes and documentations; identifying and closing the gaps between the existing business processes and SAP best practices on PP, MM, SD, PS, SM, PDM modules.• Production Planning – Utilizes the Long Term planning, Demand Management, MPS, MRP function to streamline the planning process.• Material Management – Implement Outline Agreement, RFQ and Barcoding function to fulfill business requirements.• Sales Distribution – Apply drop shipment function to support process change.• Project System – Use WBS to capture the mold tools development cost. • Service Management, Product Data Management, SAP Net Weaver Portal – Lead the consultant to implement the Global template in Asia Pacific region.3) Participate in Global Philips SAP Projectsa) Legal Entity Reduction Project• Carrie out the role of a Business Analyst to coordinate with the external consultants of 6 members (India) to monitor their project progress.• Work with business project manager and report the project status.• Work with the global quality team for Quality System software validation.• Work with the global security team for authorization and configuration transport.b) ECC 6.0 Upgrade Projectc) Production Monitoring System Implementation
