• Lead external consultant to setup configuration on finance modules (FICO) and the integration with SD, MM and PP.
• Prepare functional specifications in financial reporting, forms and data conversion.
• Develop forms, data loading program, reporting in all area and provide basis support.
• Prepare user manual, conduct user acceptance testing, user training, cutover plan and provide go lives support for finance department.

Hong Kong

• Three full life cycles SAP implementation in Hong Kong / Singapore and Taiwan site.
• Assist project manager to prepare blueprint documents.
• Assist external consultant to setup configuration on SD, QM, HR modules.
• Develop forms, data loading program, reporting in all area.
• Provide basis support such as printer setup, system performance tuning and background jobs management.
• Prepare user manual, conduct user acceptance testing, user training and provide go lives support.
