Supervision of 13 personnel in 4 Distribution centers responsible for the accuracy of over $40 million of inventory and over 4,000 products .Managed Quality/ Damaged Program for all distribution centers, to include process improvements Collect data weekly on department inventory adjustments. Analyzed trends and reviewed for errors. Provided quarterly reports to management on cycle, department and bin counts. Also reported on individual counter accuracy. Managed dropped/discontinued stock semi-annually or as needed. Communicate with stores on issues concerning inventory or quality/damages. Focal point for all Distribution centers on quality inspections, repairs and returns. Worked with IT on any changes or updates to the Inventory reports and processes.

Review and anlayze the Traffic Departments processes to identfy cost savings areas. Develop measures and metrics to track these cost. Present findings to management. Implement changes. Act as Liaison Manager between Contract Carrier and the corporation. Reviewed billing weekly for all DC's. Analyzed contratcor data to measure service level and other performance measures. Perform other duties/projects as needed by the VP of Warehousing and Logistics.

Developed first ever Monthly Same Store Sales report, Annual Departmental Budgets and Store Profit and Loss Statements for executive management. Collected store data monthly analyzed and reviewed trends. Focal point for annual budget submissions and Executive committee approval. Provided monthly P & L' s to the Retail Operations Department. Worked on other projects deemed by the CFO.

Managed a multiple operation consisting of 210 employees and 12 warehouses; valued at $100 million of on-hand inventory and $154M in equipment and $35M in contingency stocks. Revised logistics strategic plans; efforts led to quality improvement processes, measurements to track processes and self assessment criteria for future assessments. Established over 150 quality logistics metrics for senior management review. Also developed supplier metrics to pinpoint process bottlenecks. Organized the development, implementation, and maintenance of standard inventory management PC applications used by personnel Air Force wide. Installed computer systems at Desert Storm bases and developed Management Analysis program to track all inventory and budget activities supporting weapon systems deployed to Desert Storm.
