I have over 35 years experience in the engineering and construction industry. My roles and responsibilities have included technician, HVAC&R and plumbing designer, lead CADD operator, construction cost estimator, project manager and Commissioning Authority. My project experience includes office, hospital/medical, educational, historic, institution/government, retail and R&D/laboratory facilities of various sizesI have knowledge of state-of-the-art HVAC systems, building automation systems, "green" technology systems, including geo-thermal, power distribution systems and domestic and waste water systems. I also possess strong management, planning and computer skills that I use effectively and efficiently to complete assignments.As a Commissioning Authority I am responsible for performance and managing commissioning services as well as providing technical support for client-based design departments. I conduct MEP troublshooting and Cx activities for our client-base. In addition, I prepare commissioning plans to document that specified components and systems have been installed, started and function properly to ensure they comply with LEED requirements, owner project requirements and construciton documentation.My duties also include construction phase services, QA/QC review and technical assistance to the client.
