Current• Mediate and resolve employee relations issues; conduct thorough and objective investigations when necessary• Assess and anticipate human resources-related needs• Handle all aspects of payroll and workman’s compensation• Write contracts for promotions, transfers, and new hires in collaboration with department management• Identify training needs and create or procure professional development curriculum• Consult regularly with management and provide guidance when appropriate• Handle all new hire orientation and onboarding• Performance reviews for all hourly and staff• Handle all aspects of recruiting• Have effective meetings as site wellness champion
