This with various positions within Oil Major Company ‘Chevron’ as Chief Engineer, Technical Superintendent and Marine Advisor served in various jobs stationed worldwide with Technical Management, Shipyard Repair and New Building Program and last with FSO LPG New building program and LPG / LNG installations as Project Manager.Challenged the Nordic Marine Insurance industry in 2002 with marine and offshore consultancy services to many global clients. Services such; marine - power barge and offshore H&M surveys, salvage, marine jetty terminal risk engineering, ship design and conversion studies, marine vessel (fleet) and power barge due diligence, supervising and project management of marine vessel and power barge docking and repair activities. With the direct involvement of Technical Management, Surveys, Consultancy of all kinds in the Offshore and Marine Sector and with Risk Management / Loss Prevention I gained comprehensive knowledge of Risk Assessment Management and Underwriting in all aspects. Subsequently held positions at TrygVesta as Chief Staff Surveyor and Risk Manager, Survey Association as Head of Operation & Survey and latest at Lavaretus Ab as CTO.Board member of STS Society of Technical Association, CIMAC Working Groups, Bureau VERITAS Nordic Marine Committee and The Danish Shipowners’ Technical group.
