Widex is one of the world’s largest designers and manufacturers of hearing aids. Widex hearing aids are sold in more than 100 countries. My role was to undertake a broad variety of issues, e.g. corporate & commercial, M&A and any other relevant housekeeping matters.

Due to my very broad commercial and legal background, I advised on various international and Danish matters with very good results. FLSmidth A/S is an engineering company and major supplier of equipment and services to the cement and minerals industry worldwide. Responsible for establishing a global Compliance function in FLSmidth. Primary Compliance-areas:• Code of Business Conducts • Anti-bribery and anti-corruption • Export Control regulations • Competition compliance• Stock Exchange and Company Law matters

Job particulars: • Negotiating and making decisions on a variety of agreements of a Mechanical/Electrical nature etc of more than EUR 200,000,000 with customers, suppliers etc. worldwide, e.g. Europe, Russia, Brazil, USA, North Africa (including Libya), Middle East, China etc. • Reviewing standard Terms & Conditions and agreements, e.g. worldwide master supply agreements• Close co-operation with various FLS’ subsidiaries worldwide and departments, e.g. Group Management, Procurement, Sales, Group Control, Trade Finance, Insurance, Legal, Project Management and IR/Communications etc.• M&A including managing a legal and physical split up of a company.• Dispute settlements and litigation worldwide.• Corporate matters including company issues, stock exchange, corporate governance etc. • Arranging and teaching at internal FLS-seminars.
