Retired June 2010 due to partial disability from acute idiopathic transverse myelitis. I worked my way out of a wheelchair, up on a walker and now hobble with a cane; lucky to have lived. About one third of 22,000 annual suffers in the U. S. die almost immediately. Mary and I moved to Bend, Oregon in 2019 and bought a modest three bedroom home. People in Bend are unusually friendly. I no longer seek any employment opportunities nor send out any resumes. Thirty-seven years in banking and finance was more than enough chasing jobs in that severely contracting industry. I finally figured that out, instead to spend my abundant free time playing some parts of some songs for some people and me on guitar.
